Getting there

It’s about a 2 hour 15 minute drive from Hope with Friday traffic. Try to arrive by 7:00 so you’re settled before the 7:30 session. We encourage carpooling. If you didn’t get the carpool email and want a ride, send us your departure location and we’ll connect you.

Where you’ll sleep

We’re staying in the East End Cabins. Cabin assignments were sent by email.

  • India
  • Israel
  • Japan
  • Mexico
  • New Zealand
  • Pakistan
  • Philippines
  • Romania

Tenting? Set up on the berm alongside the back 40 field near the Eagle’s Nest.

Cohorts

After each large group session you’ll meet with 8 to 10 guys to reflect on the teaching and Scripture together. Cohorts generally match your cabin.

Meals

Friday dinner is on your own. Saturday has breakfast at 8:30, lunch at 12:30 and dinner at 5:30. Sunday breakfast is at 9:30. Men of Hope provides beverages and snacks all weekend, and you’re welcome to bring something to share.

Around the fire

Bonfire pits are reserved for Friday and Saturday nights, and plenty of guys bring cigars. Bring board games if that’s your thing.

Tap the map to zoom. Our cabins are 6 through 13 (India to Romania). The illustrated map is from 2022, so it shows the gym as “coming 2023”; the Ebenezer Gym now stands near the North 40 Field.
